Take a well-deserved pause from the everyday and join Epic Experience, cancer survivors, caregivers, and advocates for a soul-nourishing afternoon of yoga and sound healing, thoughtfully guided by the compassionate team at Be Well Therapy. Whether you’re new to the mat or a seasoned yogi, this experience is designed to meet you where you are—offering peace, relaxation, and a chance to reconnect with your body and spirit.

After our healing session, we’ll gather in a cozy, campfire-style circle for heartfelt conversation over tea and light snacks. This welcoming space invites open dialogue about life, cancer survivorship, and everything in between—a chance to connect, reflect, and feel supported.
