About the Event: Join fellow cancer survivors, caregivers, and advocates at the APEX Community Recreation Center for an hour of gentle yoga and a Crystal Sound Healing Experience. After, we will gather as a group to chat about life and cancer survivorship. No experience necessary.
Bring a Yoga Mat or Large Towel and Water
- This event is for adults only (age 18+).
- If you are attending with a caregiver or other survivor, please fill out a separate registration for each person.
- If you or anyone in your household is feeling ill prior to the event, please inform us and do not attend to ensure the best health of our community
