Trail Days, formerly known as Regional Meetups, are free one-day events held in cities across the U.S. that bring together cancer survivors, caregivers, and advocates to connect and share community. Each Trail Day features a group activity — such as hiking, yoga, or kayaking — followed by a campfire-style conversation focused on life and cancer survivorship. Events typically last 2-5 hours, depending on the activity.

Anyone with a connection to cancer — survivors, caregivers, family members, or friends — is welcome to join a Trail Day. Each event includes a group activity with varying levels of physical involvement, so we encourage participants to use their best judgment. Our team is always mindful to ensure the pace and activity level are comfortable and inclusive for our guests.
